Gudi Padwa celebrations will start from 10.00 am to 11.00 am in the temple followed by BABA's Madhyan Aarati.
Snapnotsav celebrations on the occasion of Ugadi where all Utsav Murthys will be given sacred bath with all the rituals will commence from 6.30pm to 8.00 pm in the temple followed by BABA's Shej Aarati.
It is basically observed by people of Deccan region in India. States like Karnataka, Maharashtra, Rajasthan & Andhra Pradesh celebrate the festival with lots of excitement and enthusiasm.
The dates of Ugadi festival vary every year because of the fact that it is based on the Hindu calendar following the Solar Cycle.
This day is celebrated as New Year in several parts of India under different names, like in Maharashtra it is celebrated as ‘Gudi Padwa’, in Rajasthan it is celebrated as ‘Thapna’ and Sindhis celebrate this day as ‘ Cheti Chand’.
