Celebrations will start from 10.30 am to 12.00 pm in the temple followed by BABA's Madhyan Aarati followed by Maha Prasad.

It is basically observed by people of Deccan region in India. States like Karnataka, Maharashtra, Rajasthan & Andhra Pradesh celebrate the festival with lots of excitement and enthusiasm.

The dates of Ugadi festival vary every year because of the fact that it is based on the Hindu calendars based on the Solar Cycle.

This day is celebrated as New Year in several other parts of India under different names, like in Maharashtra it is celebrated as ‘Gudi Padwa’, in Rajasthan it is celebrated as ‘Thapna’ and Sindhis celebrate this day as ‘ Cheti Chand’.
